My Cash WorldLearn how I make my Cash At home 24 Juni Is everyone trying to be like myspace?I see new changes in MSN spaces. I don't use my MSN that much. It seems to run very slow in Firefox. I'll have to figure out a new way to put in some time to my space. Even though I'm mostly on my Yahoo 360, I still don't want to neglect my MSN. I use to be in alot of MSN and yahoo groups, but I can't put the time into that either, because of the work I have to put into my home businesses. But I'll keep updates. Today I received a somewhat marriage proposal. Even though I've known him for over 10years, this will be something different between us. We had are ups and downs, but it looks like we may finally give in to our older ages. Sure we still have fun and love talking to each other, but you know how that goes. Marriage seems to ruin friendships. We will see if that will happen, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Our relationship has always been like Seinfield and Elaine, but a little more on the serious side of it. I've been a little excited, but don't want to get my hopes up either. My emotions is mixed, but stable. Until Next Time... 05 April Science of Being Rich and Positive EnergyI was always having problems with my wireless internet connection. But then I started do the Science of Getting Rich for Pratical Geniuses with Rebecca Fine and it all of a sudden. I no longer have the internet problem. My fellow trainings were really looking for ways to get me a better connection so I may do more presentations. And now it's here and happening. Amazing.. the power of positive thinking, and ta da!
We switch the connections around and now everything works perfectly.

09 August Compare your body with a car engineSo.. you're trying to lose weight and be healthy, but you tried so many different diet plans and you never finish what you started, or the weight comes back. Why can't you lose weight and keep it off? You make new years resolutions thinking, "This is it.. I'm really going to put in the effort and lose weight!" But after a few months and losing over 20lbs, you look good and feel great, but then for some strange reason you slack off again, and the weight comes back. Not only does the weight come back, but you might weigh more than you did when you first started. Why does this happen? Why can't we keep it off?
Let's think outside the box for a minute, and imagine our metabolisms are like car engines.
Ex. When you were younger, from teens to late 20's, you use to drive over 55mph on the expressway. You hardly had any problems with the engine, and just moving along at a steady pace. But as you got older, you're not driving as fast on the expressways, and going about 30-40mph on the side streets. Things start breaking down in the engine and you're always at the shop getting repairs. You figure because the car got some years on it, so it's expected for some things to break down. This is compared to going to doctors for medicines because you're having health problems, aches and pains, etc. You would think that once the problems are fixed with repairs (meds) you're ok, but after a few months or years, you're right back at the shop (dr. office) getting something else fixed. Now, I personally know a few mechanics, and most of them have admitted to me that they see problems with engines and tend to that specific problem. They may see something else about to break down in the future, but they will not tell you because they want you to come back for more repairs. This goes the same for the medical profession. They really don't want you cured, because then you wouldn't need to come back for more treatments. But there is one area where a mechanic and doctor are different. True prevention. A doctor or health professional may tell you that a healthy diet and exercise will reduce you health problems. Now this is true, but missing something. Let's compare your body to an engine again. This is like an auto mechanic telling you to stop driving on the side streets, but some 93 octane in the tank, and start driving on the expressway and open up that engine! Now depending on the wear and tear on that engine, this works for some of people, but for most, this can cause more harm than good in the long run. Now.. most of you reading this, knows something is missing, something that mechanics will do to decrease your odds of breakdown before putting that car on the expressway. They give that car a tune-up, change the fluids and filters, replace belts, etc.. then they may suggest putting the 93 octane in the tank, but most will not bother. Why? Once the car had all that fine tuning done, it's like a new car again, so putting that high-quality fuel is not necessary. So now let's compare this to our own metabolisms. Before you go on a diet and exercise routine, you decide to give your body a tune-up first. You take vitamins and supplements, and drink more water. You don't go on any diet. No exercise. You're just fine tuning for about 2-weeks to a month, giving your body a change to get use to it, and feel the difference. The only problem with this idea is alot of vitamin products on the market today don't have high absorption. You're intentions may be in the right place, but the vitamins are going right through your engine and out the tailpipe! So make sure you do your research on which vitamins and supplements are the best quality and with proper mineral absorption. US Patent#4705875 So once you've found the right vitamins with high absorption, you notice something different. You're digesting your food better, you have more energy, you feel better, and ready to hit the road. You don't need to put 93 octane in the tank, because it's not necessary. This is where the diets come into play. What if your cravings changed on it's own? All of a sudden, instead of craving for junk food, you have an uncontrollable desire for celery or salad? You have less pain in joints, less allergies, asthma, snoring, or other breathing problems. Even your skin clears up and your self-esteem rises. With all these positive changes happening to your body, will it be easier for you to eat healthier naturally? Of course it would. No counting calories, no special foods to eat at certain times of the day, no cutting back. That would be great right? This is what happened to me. I didn't go on any special diet or exercise routine, and I lose 20lbs in 3months. It was amazing. I'm still slimming down with all the extra activities I did over the summer and still doing. This is the first time I feel like I will not gain it back. I didn't go on a diet at all. I know I'm eating healthier, but I didn't FORCE myself to. That's the difference. This is why most diets fail. We have to make ourselves stick too it, instead of letting our own bodies want it. Now my situation doesn't happen to everyone. But you would be surprised to learn how many people in this world have weight management problems due to malnutrition. So I give you a challenge. Most vitamin and supplement companies only give you a 30 day money back guarantee. Well.. Let's take it a step further. 90 day empty bottle money back guarantee. So that's 3 months worth of vitamins and supplements to take to see if they really works for you. So after the first month.. You see major improvements in your total health and wellness. Remember trying to convince yourself to get out there and do that power walk at your favorite trail, or get on that bike path? Now, your ready to go without coaching yourself to do it. That's what people want. No diet.. no convincing... no forcing.. just doing it because they want to. Once you get to this enlightenment, you'll never have an issue with your weight again. Do you know how long a car last without a tune-up? Without an oil change? Not long. So don't think this does not apply to you. We all need this for our total health and wellness. SCammers.. and other losers!Well.. I just got this email from AlertPay. Seems like they are falling victim to phishing emails and sites like Paypal. It's a shame. With the skills some of these scammers have, I don't understand why they don't make honest money with it. Working online is not as hard as it seems. Not that hard that you will rather replicate a site just to steal money. If you can do that, you might as well, make your own damn site! DUH
